Qualifications and attributes
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Heating Ventilation?
* Super organised and take pride in your work?
* Keen to inspire the next generation of Heating Ventilation engineers and share your knowledge and experience?
Relevant industrial experience would be invaluable, along with experience of sharing your skills in an educational/training environment. A teaching qualification is not essential, and the College will fund and support you to achieve this.

* Demonstrating and teaching practical skills in our workshops
* Delivering theoretical lessons to support the practical applications

This role is eligible for the DfE Levelling Up Premium Payments, of up to £6,000 for FE teachers, for those meeting the criteria. This involves the government paying successful candidates from an industry background to get into teaching. Leeds College of Building will fund successful candidates to become a qualified FE teacher.
