An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Business Services Team for a committed and flexible individual to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Special Educational Needs and/or Disability (SEND) service. You will be joining the team at an exciting time where a new structure and a new digital platform have recently been implemented.
The role is fast-paced, and the ability to meet deadlines is essential. What will I be doing:
You will use excellent customer care skills to support engagement, contributions, and collaboration on education, health, and care assessments, plans, and reviews. You will also provide administrative support for appeals, mediation, and the tribunal process.
