In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting the sales team, generating new B2B leads, managing incoming customer enquiries, and keeping accurate technical and sales records. As your confidence grows, you'll take ownership of client accounts and contribute to wider sales activity. You'll also prepare detailed sales and service reports when needed.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales-based or sales support role, ideally within a B2B environment. You'll be organised, confident with data, and someone who communicates clearly and professionally. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.
