This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), autism (ASC), and ADHD across both primary and secondary phases. Key Responsibilities: * Support the delivery of tailored learning plans for students with SEMH, ASC, and ADHD. * Provide 1:1 and small group support to help students engage with learning and develop key life skills. * Implement behaviour management strategies that foster a positive and inclusive environment. * Assist students with building social and emotional resilience through structured interventions. * Work closely with class teachers, therapists, and external professionals to deliver consistent and individualised support. * Help prepare resources and contribute to the daily organisation of the classroom. * Support in tracking progress and providing feedback to inform next steps. * Uphold high standards of safeguarding and student welfare at all times.
