The Team:
The East of Scotland KTP Centre is a collaboration between 6 member universities (Universities of Edinburgh, Stirling & St Andrews; and Edinburgh Napier, Queen Margaret and Heriot Watt Universities) to raise awareness and facilitate the establishment of new Knowledge Transfer Partnerships.
The Role:
As the Centre Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations of our KTP Centre, ensuring the smooth facilitation, promotion, processing, and monitoring of Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) programmes across our six partner universities. Based at Edinburgh Napier University, you will work from our Merchiston Campus, with the flexibility of hybrid working.
This role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and financial management skills. You will liaise with higher education institutions and industry partners, providing essential project administration and financial oversight to help drive successful partnerships. Travel throughout the UK to partner universities and KTP company locations will be required to foster collaboration and maintain effective project operations.
