Duties as Geography Teacher:
* Deliver engaging and interactive geography lessons across Key Stages 3,4 and 5.
* Encourage students to explore global issues, physical landscapes, and human-environment interactions.
* Develop students' analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
* Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Use a variety of teaching methods, including fieldwork and technology, to enhance learning.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enrich the Geography curriculum.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as field trips, eco-clubs, and school events.
Ideal Geography Teacher:
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Has experience teaching Geography in a primary/secondary school setting.
* Is passionate about geography and making it relevant and engaging for students.
* Has excellent classroom management and communication skills as a Geography Teacher.
* Is committed to professional development and teamwork.
