Unique School Solutions are supporting an Ofsted ‘Good’ Primary School in the S64 area of Rotherham/Doncaster to appoint an enthusiastic and talented 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant on a long-term temporary basis ASAP. The role will involve providing specialist 1:1 SEND support to a Key Stage 1 pupil with ADHD and Autism.

The role:
* Working under the direction of the class teacher and SENCO
* Supporting a SEND pupil on a 1:1 basis to access learning in the classroom
* Supporting a SEND pupil on a 1:1 basis to develop social skills
* Liaising with parents/carers
Essential requirements for the role:
* SEND Teaching Assistant experience within a school setting
* Experience supporting children with SEND
* The ability to adapt and differentiate work to meet student need
* The ability to deliver engaging curriculum content
