Responsibilities:
* Advise and support sales teams with technical guidance, pricing estimates, and product implementation strategies.
* Analyze customer technical specifications and recommend optimal product configurations and installation processes.
* Estimate implementation effort, time, and resources required for customer deployments.
* Review sales proposals for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
* Develop and deliver technical product presentations for customers and internal sales teams.
* Provide customer training and technical troubleshooting as needed.
* Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful product deployment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
* 2–4 years of relevant experience in field applications, technical support, sales engineering, or a related function.
* Exposure to complex tasks within the job function is expected as part of skill development.
* Typically reports to a manager while gaining experience in advanced technical and customer-facing responsibilities.
