New Compliance Manager (8 month-FTC) opportunity working with a top performing Lloyd’s Syndicate. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with Solvency II, FCA, PRA, Lloyd’s and other regulatory requirements, while overseeing ARs and third-party relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with Lloyd’s, FCA, PRA, CBI.
* Act as lead for oversight of ARs and key third parties, escalating issues as required.
* Provide compliance support and advice to management and internal stakeholders.
* Identify, assess and mitigate regulatory risks.
* Ensure policies, procedures and annual assessments meet regulatory standards.
* Support delegated authority arrangements, including risk assessments of ARs.
* Mentor junior compliance colleagues and provide training where required.
* Attend and contribute to committees; assist in reporting to boards.
* Review and update compliance practices in line with new regulations.
* Promote strong conduct practices to deliver the best outcomes for customers.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong compliance experience in insurance (insurer and intermediary).
* Knowledge of the Lloyd’s market and current regulatory environment.
* Experience overseeing ARs, third parties or DUA arrangements.
