The Role
You will work as part of the Recoveries Team and be responsible for managing collections and recoveries of the debt portfolio across the client's book.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure accurate billing and interest charges with the Finance Department.
2. Escalate accounts to appropriate stakeholders as needed.
3. Contact customers professionally, adhering to the client's policies to avoid reputational risk.
4. Mitigate credit loss by taking case-specific actions.
5. Handle and monitor escalated credit reviews.
6. Analyse credit reports and address early warnings.
