SOUS CHEF – PREMIUM RESTAURANT IN SHOREDITCH
We’re searching for a powerhouse Sous Chef to lead the kitchen of one of Shoreditch’s most exciting restaurants.
What You’ll Be Supporting:
A bustling, 80+ cover restaurant in the heart of Shoreditch with private dining rooms, a vibrant bar, and serious food credentials.
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years of Sous Chef experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen (200 covers/day minimum)
* A background in award-winning or premium restaurants—you know what exceptional looks (and tastes) like
* Ideally, experience in multi-outlet venues (think boutique hotels, member’s clubs, or destination restaurants with bars and PDRs)
* Proven leadership of large brigades (12-15 chefs)—from recruitment and training to mentoring and retaining a happy, high-performing team
* Obsessed with quality, consistency, and building a positive, thriving kitchen culture
