Overview

Title: Office Assistant / Admin

Location: London / Remote

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum

Type: Full time or Part Time

Our client is looking to recruit a full-time or part time Administrator in London.


Responsibilities

* Working on the reception desk to handle incoming phone calls quickly and efficiently.
* Data Entry
* Providing administrative support to the Operations Team as required.
* Arranging and providing refreshments for staff and visitors
* Providing general administrative support for the wider team


Requirements and Attributes / Qualifications

* This role is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in office operations who is looking for a change in career direction or is looking to return to work after a period of absence and has the willingness to learn.
* Has good data analysis skills.
* Good online ecommerce sense.
