Anderson Knight is working in partnership with a leading organisation to recruit a highly organised and proactive HR Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of key employee relations (ER) and broader HR integration activities. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role suited to someone with a strong administrative background in HR, particularly with exposure to ER processes. You'll play a key role in coordinating critical workstreams such as redundancy, leaver administration, and internal communications—all within a fast-paced, project-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Draft and issue ER documentation, including consultation invitations, redundancy letters, and outcome communications. Prepare scripts, meeting notes, and other materials to support ER meetings and consultations. Support end-to-end leaver administration—updating trackers, coordinating communications, and notifying internal departments. Process and collate redundancy payment information, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain meticulous records of ER activity in line with GDPR and HR best practices. Coordinate scheduling for consultation meetings, 1:1s, and hearings. Assist in creating and formatting templates, FAQs, and internal communication materials. Liaise with payroll and finance teams to ensure seamless processing of final pay and redundancy payments. Identify and support improvements in ER-related templates, processes, and documentation. Provide general administrative support to the wider HR project team as needed. What We’re Looking For: Experience in an HR administrative or coordination role, ideally with exposure to employee relations. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce high-quality, professional documents. Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of accuracy and consistency. Discreet and professional in handling sensitive or confidential matters. Strong organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, project-oriented setting. Knowledge of UK redundancy processes and employment law is desirable. Personal Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and able to take initiative. Empathetic and professional when dealing with sensitive issues. A collaborative team player who brings a calm and focused approach to their work. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
