Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Bingley Monday to Friday 6:00am 2:00pm, Monday to Thursday 12:00pm to 10:00pm (4 shifts) £45,780, Overtime available at 1.5 or double time, 5% bonus Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer The Role You will work as part of the Engineering Team on a rotating shift pattern. On late shift you will only work 4 shifts. Your main roles and responsibilities will include Diagnose and resolve a wide range of mechanical and electrical faults in a hands-on maintenance role Respond to breakdowns safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime Manage external contractors on-site and ensure compliance with safety standards Contribute to scheduled maintenance and project work across the facility Work at height and handle heavy loads using appropriate tools and safety measures Source and order parts/tools with a focus on cost-effectiveness and sustainability Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer The Candidate You must be an experienced Electrically biased maintenance engineer who has worked in a manufacturing environment. You will also have the following skills, experiences and attributes Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role within a manufacturing environment Level 3 or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in all tasks Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments (e.g. production, planning, warehouse) Initiative to research and solve technical challenges independently Health & Safety qualification (desirable but not essential) INDAB
