We are seeking a resilient Team Leader / Senior Support Worker for our solo home. This is a solo service; the ideal candidate will work alongside our management team and MUST hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Services, with a minimum of 18 months' experience working in a Children's Ofsted Residential setting. A driving license is advantageous but not essential. Once employed, you must be enrolled onto a Level 4 Diploma in Children`s Residential Services if not already working towards it.
NB - This role requires experience in Children's Residential Care.
This is a full-time position, with a shift pattern of 2 shifts on, then 3 shifts off. We offer competitive pay rates, including sleep-in rates of £60 per night.
Pay Structure:
* Level 3 Diploma in Children`s Residential - £14.50 per hour.
* Level 4 Diploma - £15.00 per hour.

Duties include:
* Leading shifts and setting an example.
* Delegating duties fairly among staff.
* Training new staff members.
* Participating in the on-call rota and handling out-of-hours calls when required.
* Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans are completed and up-to-date.
* Supporting and meeting the needs of children or young persons.
* Collaborating with the Deputy Manager.
* Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.
