We're working with a well-established consultancy that’s looking to expand its team with a skilled Estates Surveyor who can lead on leases, acquisitions, easements, and wayleaves.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on variety and wants to work across a diverse public sector portfolio in the South West. What You’ll Be Doing:Negotiating and completing leases, land acquisitions, easements, and wayleave agreements.Managing a range of property transactions including sales, licenses, and rent reviews.Conducting valuations, including Local Authority Asset Valuations.Supporting general estate management and handling rating appeals. What We’re Looking For:Post-qualification experience as a General Practice Surveyor (public or private sector).Strong track record in negotiating leases, acquisitions, and statutory agreements.MRICS status (essential); RICS Registered Valuer (desirable).Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Full UK driving licence (travel required).
