We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator, initially offered for 3-months for Maternity cover, to work in our very busy and challenging Recruitment Admin Team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, initiative-taking, individual to join our team.
Your naturally helpful nature, ability to multi-task and your organisational skills will play an imperative part in the Recruitment process, you will be comfortable working with people at all levels from Branch management through to the candidates themselves and provide a positive experience of Securitas and the Recruitment and Screening Team.
* Working 37.5 hours per week
* Monday to Friday
* Core working hours are between 08:00 - 18:00

We offer hybrid working with Monday's spent in the Milton Keynes office as a team and the rest of the week working from home. But you're more than welcome to work in the office on more days if you wish.
Job Opportunity
Your responsibilities will include:
* Work closely with Recruitment Admin Coordinator ensuring all admin tasks are completed in a timely manner with excellent attention to detail.
* First point of contact for recruitment queries (Managers, Recruiters and candidates).
* Advertising new roles on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other platforms.
* Amending / re-posting current online adverts to recruitment platforms.
* Review all CV applications and liaise with Management re shortlisted applicants.
* Data Entry for updating Recruitment trackers.
* Data gathering for any recruitment reports requested.
* Liaise with managers to check diary availability and coordinate interviews.
* Gather feedback from managers on which candidates to progress through to next stage of the interview process.
* Keep ATS up to date with candidate progress and any notes.
* Provide offer details to successful candidates, send them to onboard (through ATS) and help them with the on-boarding process and monitor progress.
* Check candidates Right to Work submissions, once approved complete recruitment process by sending file to Screening.
* Work closely with Securitas UK Screening team to ensure candidates details are accurate and they have everything they need to complete candidate file.
* Support Recruitment Day events if team capacity allows.
* Support the Recruitment & Screening Team Manager in the delivery of recruitment objectives and Policies.
* Additional reasonable duties which fall within the remit of this role and requested by Recruitment Admin Coordinator.
This is a bank role and working flexibly you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence (for example, Reception, Recruiters, screening).
Essential Skills
* Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable work or education history.
* Live within a reasonable commute, to be able to come into the office on a Monday.
* Highly articulate, excellent verbal and written English is essential.
* Good organisation, fast learner and have multi-tasking skills.
* Proactive, positive and helpful nature with the ability to work well in a team environment.
* Able to use Microsoft Office suite.
* Previous administration experience.
Desirable
* Experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems and online job boards would be an advantage (you will be working with 30 to 40 branches and coordinate their recruitment needs).
* Experience in CV sifting, Application consideration and shortlisting
