The Opportunity
You'll join a friendly, collaborative finance team within a highly successful international business. As the company continues to expand, the finance function is developing too, meaning plenty of scope to learn, progress and take on more responsibility. Responsibilities will include:
Preparing monthly management accounts for smaller business units
Completing balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities
Analysing revenue, cost of sales and overheads
Preparing variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
Managing intercompany reconciliations and raising intercompany invoices
Supporting overseas entities with external accountants
Assisting with audit and corporation tax work
Preparing UK Group VAT returns
Helping embed and improve financial controls and processes
Supporting senior management with financial insights
Working with auditors, banks, investors and other stakeholders
Background and Experience
Part-qualified or planning to start an accounting qualification
At least 2 years accounting experience
Confident using accounting software
Strong Excel skills
Detail-focused, proactive and eager to learn
Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, down‑to‑earth team
