Multi Skilled Shift Engineer
Randstad is searching for a skilled maintenance electrician with a passion for commercial LV/HV systems to join a leading FM contractor on their site in West Thurrock, Grays. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a single-man site with plenty of overtime potential.
Tasks
* Provide first-line response for planned and reactive maintenance on all M&E plant.
* Carry out PPMs on a wide range of equipment, including pumps, motors, drives, AHUs, LV switch gear, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
* Perform generator testing, UPS maintenance, and emergency light and fire alarm testing.
* Handle small electrical works such as rewiring, socket replacements, lighting upgrades, and lamp changes.
* Execute all site HVAC PPMs and reactive plumbing PPMs.
* Liaise with subcontractors regarding call-outs, installations, and major services.
* Document all work via the client's E-logbook system.
Skills
* C&G / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations
* 18th Edition qualification
* Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance
* Proven experience maintaining LV/HV systems
* Excellent client-facing skills and a positive attitude
