The role
M&E Engineer Location: Cambridge Contract: Temporary - 4 weeks Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week Are you an experienced M&E Engineer looking for a stable static site position within a professional environment? A leading organisation is seeking a skilled and reliable M&E Engineer to support planned and reactive maintenance across their Cambridge site. As an M&E Engineer, you will: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems. * Complete routine servicing, inspections, fault finding, and repairs to building services equipment. * Respond to reactive maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved safely and efficiently. * Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across M&E systems within the site. * Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in line with health & safety procedures and compliance standards. * Complete maintenance records, reports, and job sheets accurately. * Support site operations by ensuring all critical systems remain operational. * Work closely with contractors and site teams when required.
