Are you a passionate and dedicated Business Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Teacher to join a thriving department in a well-regarded school in Worcester, starting in September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position, and applications are welcome from both experienced Business Teachers and ECTs.

About the Role
As a Business Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Teaching Business across Key Stages 4 and 5
* Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to cater to a diverse range of learners
* Assessing student progress, setting targets, and providing constructive feedback
* Contributing to curriculum development and resource creation within the Business department
* Supporting students in their academic and career aspirations, including university and apprenticeship guidance
* Collaborating with colleagues to enhance learning experiences and maintain high standards
Experience and Qualifications
* Degree in Business or a related field
* QTS or PGCE
* Ability to teach Business at KS4 and KS5
The salary for this Business Teacher position will be paid to scale (MPS/UPS).
