A school in Ramsgate is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from January 2026.
You will teach Mathematics at Key Stages 3 and 4. If you want to teach A-Level Maths, training and support will be provided. Applications are welcome from qualified teachers, unqualified teachers, or graduates who want to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
The Maths department is experienced, supportive, and well-resourced. The curriculum is engaging and structured, and students are motivated and keen to learn. You’ll have a varied timetable and the chance to use a wide range of teaching methods, including technology and differentiated approaches for mixed-ability classes.

In order to succeed in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
1. Sufficient subject knowledge to teach Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
2. Good classroom management rooted in thoughtful lesson planning and delivery
3. Effective differentiation techniques to tackle mixed ability classes
4. Innovative teaching style utilising a range of tools and media
5. Teamwork skills making you a valuable member of the teaching family
