Role Overview
As a SuccessFactors Solution Architect within Accenture’s SAP practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering complex SuccessFactors programmes.
* Act as a trusted advisor, taking a holistic view of client implementations to ensure business processes are fully supported and tangible value is delivered.
* Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand their business and functional requirements, translate them into robust SuccessFactors solution designs, and oversee their delivery.
* Ensure all SuccessFactors workstreams remain aligned with the overall programme vision and integrate effectively with other systems, safeguarding end‑to‑end outcomes.
Qualifications
Solution Design & Delivery
* Lead the overall design of SuccessFactors solutions with primary focus on EC and Time Management.
* Ensure alignment with client business processes and transformation goals.
* Act as a business advisor to coach and steer the client toward the optimal solution that reflects their business need and goals.
* Collaborate with clients to analyse requirements and guide these into functional and technical design artefacts.
* Provide oversight and guidance across multiple SuccessFactors modules and workstreams, ensuring consistency and quality of delivery.
* Act as the bridge between client stakeholders, delivery teams, and integration partners to manage internal and external dependencies and risks.
* Champion best practices, new capabilities and continuous improvement to maximise client value.
* Prepare and present project status updates and reports to senior leadership and clients.
Thought Leadership & Innovation
* Bring innovative thinking, industry best practices, process knowledge and the latest trends in SAP SuccessFactors.
* Familiarity with the SuccessFactors roadmap and upcoming releases, and ability to align client strategies with platform advancements.
* Awareness of the latest trends in AI and innovations in HR technology and leverage them to drive business value for clients.
* Experience in managing and mentoring junior consultants, supporting their skill development and career growth.
* Contribute to pre‑sales activities, proposal development and solution presentations.
* Influence and collaborate with senior leadership within Accenture and client organisations, driving transformational change and HR excellence.
* Define the strategic direction for SAP SuccessFactors service offerings and drive their implementation across projects.
Depth of SAP SuccessFactors Expertise
* Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central plus at least one Talent module).
* Proven experience leading large, complex and multi‑module SuccessFactors implementations.
* Minimum of 5 end‑to‑end implementations in SAP SuccessFactors.
* Proficiency in managing multiple SAP SuccessFactors commitments simultaneously, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Track record of enhancing SuccessFactors solutions and driving continuous improvement.
* Translate business requirements into scalable designs and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
