What you’ll do: Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet the needs of pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs Lead classroom management with confidence, ensuring a safe, structured and engaging learning environment Collaborate with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and pastoral teams to provide holistic support Track and assess pupil progress, contributing to EHCP targets and personalised learning plans Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues to support wellbeing and engagement What we’re looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN settings highly desirable Calm, adaptable, and skilled at supporting pupils with complex needs Strong communicator with excellent leadership, mentoring, and organisational skills Ready to make an immediate impact and lead positive outcomes for pupils If you’re ready to inspire, lead, and make a tangible difference in children’s lives, we want to hear from you!
