Job Title: Nursing Home Manager Location: Sevenoaks, Kent Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum Bonus Scheme We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Care Home Manager to lead a well-established residential and nursing care service in Sevenoaks. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, people-focused care group that prioritises clinical excellence, staff development, and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a motivated care team, including Clinical Leads and support staff. Deliver and maintain high standards of clinical governance, care quality, and operational compliance. Work closely with the Operations Team and Deputy Manager to implement and uphold best practices. Champion resident safety, rights, and dignity, and maintain strong communication with families. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding practices, and health & safety requirements. Drive recruitment, retention, training, and performance development initiatives. Engage with local stakeholders and represent the home positively in the community.Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience managing a residential or nursing care home. Strong background in elderly and dementia care is essential. RGN/RMN qualification and active NMC pin desirable but not essential. Confident leader with sound knowledge of CQC standards.
