Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in Tameside, who are seeking a reliable and caring Midday Supervisor to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is able to help create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment during lunchtimes.
The Role:
Supervising pupils during lunch breaks, both in the dining hall and playground
Supporting positive behaviour and encouraging social interaction
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils
Assisting with minor incidents and reporting any concerns to school staff
The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)
Is patient, approachable, and confident managing behaviour
Can work well as part of a team
Is reliable and committed
