Your new role
1. Plan, deliver, and assess high‑quality teaching aligned with the EYFS framework.
2. Create a vibrant, safe, and stimulating environment that nurtures children’s early development.
3. Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families, and wider agencies.
4. Track progress, maintain accurate EYFS records, and contribute to team planning and moderation.
5. Uphold school safeguarding policies and promote emotional wellbeing at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
7. Experience working in Early Years, ideally within Reception.
8. Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early learning pedagogy.
9. A warm, engaging teaching approach with excellentmunication skills.
10. A genuine passion for supporting early childhood development.
