This is a permanent, full-time position based at our site in Crumlin.
Role Overview
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* To oversee Technical Transfer activities into routine Production.
* Responsible for all above transfer to production procedures within the BBI Quality System.
* To interact and coordinate with Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Production departments to ensure that transfer requirements are fulfilled.
* To facilitate communication between departments for transfer activities.
* To ensure that Design Control requirements are met for the transfer process.
* To ensure that Design Control end of phase reviews are supported for transfer activities.
* To ensure that adequate records are kept for all transfer activities.
* To ensure that documentation is completed for transfer activities.
Responsibilities
* Manage the Technical Engineering Team to realise the transfer and continuous improvement requirements.
* To lead and set objectives for the Technical Engineering Team
* To comply with BBI’s Quality System requirements
* To ensure that Continuous Improvement and Transfer activities and progress are communicated at Management Team, Site and Group levels.
* Support to recruit, train, supervise and develop staff as required.
* To perform staff annual reviews according to BBI’s review process.
* Comply with BBI’s Health and Safety requirements.
* To manage BBI’s Continuous improvement budget.
