Your new role & requirementsWe are seeking a driven and commercially minded Area Sales Manager to support revenue growth across the Northern region of the UK and Scandinavia. This role focuses on expanding business with both existing and new accounts in sectors that involve complex technical products and extended sales cycles.
* Proven experience working with technically complex products and navigating long sales cycles, ideally within the defence or aerospace sectors.
* Background in both new business development and account management. Candidates with a technical sales or commercial engineering background looking to take the next step are encouraged to apply.
* Educational qualifications in electronics, electrical engineering, electromechanics, or a closely related discipline.
* Possesses a valid and clean driving licence and is willing to travel around an allocated patch to meet with new and existing clients.
* Highly self-motivated, capable of working independently, and demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
