MotorSport Vision (MSV), Europe’s largest motor racing circuit operator, is currently seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join the Head Office team at Brands Hatch in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their design career at one of the UK’s most iconic venues, supporting a wide range of creative projects across both digital and print.
The role is hands-on and varied, offering the chance to work closely with our Marketing, Web and Social Media/PR teams to develop engaging visuals that promote events and support commercial activities across the MSV group. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong portfolio, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You’ll gain valuable experience and play an important role in maintaining the professional image of the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the design and maintenance of various MSV websites.
* Produce digital artwork for logos, social media graphics, static and animated banners, email campaigns and email templates.
* Work with the in-house Graphics team to create print artwork including leaflets, posters, adverts for race events, race event programmes, signage, maps and documents across the company.
* Create motion/animated content to bring our content to life.
* Support the Event and Marketing teams with social media and direct marketing campaigns to promote all MSV products and events.
* Collaborate closely with the Graphics, Web, Marketing and PR departments on projects as required.
* Archive work produced by the in-house studio into a logical electronic folder system.
* Research appropriate photographs and other assets for use by the in-house studio in producing adverts and other promotional items.
Qualifications And Skills
* A formal qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
* A portfolio demonstrating a strong eye for detail, layout, imagery and content curation.
* A good standard of education, particularly in English language.
* Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Ideally, experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
* Knowledge of mobile and desktop web usability, responsiveness and adaptive design.
* Experience designing mobile-first experiences across web, email and digital media.
* Animation skills are desirable (bringing imagery and graphics to life with animation).
* Ability to adhere to brand values, quality standards and style guidelines.
* Capable of producing high-quality material to tight deadlines at short notice.
* A knowledge of or interest in motorsport is desirable.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, office-based role at Brands Hatch circuit in Kent, offered on a permanent 42.5-hour contract. Due to the circuit’s location and limited public transport options, a full UK driving licence is essential.
