Digital Marketing Executive | Financial Services | Hybrid London

1. Hybrid working - 3 days per week in our Central London office (St Paul's)
2. Salary: Up to £38,000
3. Role type: Permanent, full time

Overview

Robert Half are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to join the in‑house marketing team at a global financial services organisation delivering specialist investment and financial solutions to institutional clients worldwide.

This is a newly created role as they invest further in their digital transformation. You'll take hands‑on ownership of the most important digital channels - CRM, website and LinkedIn - working closely with senior stakeholders and a network of external agencies. Industry background is open; practical digital marketing experience is what matters most.

Responsibilities

4. Website Management (WordPress)

Own day‑to‑day management of our WordPress websiteUpload, edit and optimise content using SEO best practiceMonitor site performance and recommend UX and content improvementsCoordinate updates with internal teams and external developers
5. CRM & Email Marketing

Build and manage email marketing campaigns using a CRM system (Dynamics or similar)Support segmentation, personalisation and campaign optimisationTrack engagement and performance metrics across marketing activity
6. Social Media (LinkedIn‑focused)

Plan, schedule and manage organic LinkedIn contentRun and optimise sponsored LinkedIn campaigns using Campaign ManagerAnalyse performance and continuously refine social strategy

Additional responsibilities include:

7. Using GA4, social insights and CRM dashboards to report on results
8. Working with agencies and freelancers across digital, content and design
9. Supporting wider digital campaigns and competitor analysis
10. Staying up to date with digital marketing tools, platforms and best practices

Requirements

11. Hands‑on experience in digital marketing, with clear exposure to WordPress, CRM/email marketing and LinkedIn
12. Comfortable running digital campaigns and analysing performance data
13. Confident working with agencies and internal stakeholders
14. Experience using analytics tools such as GA4 or platform insights
15. SEO, PPC, additional social platforms, basic HTML/CSS and AI tools are nice to have, not essential
16. Open to candidates from any industry (B2B or B2C), either in‑house or agency‑side
