Key responsibilities of our Scandinavian Groupage Operator:
1. You will be responsible for organising both groupage and full load trailer movements to & from UK – Scandinavia.
2. Able to work in a demanding office environment and balance conflicting priorities to keep up with progressive deadlines.
3. Negotiating rates with hauliers and arranging collections to meet sailing deadlines.
4. Providing competitive quotations in a timely manner.
5. Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements and any packing specifications.
6. Creation of export and import declarations where appropriate.
7. Strong customer focus, with the ability to effectively communicate and approach all situations with a calm and sympathetic manner. Provide customers with accurate ...
