Job Description

They are currently looking for a compassionate and proactive Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support our Key Stage 1 (KS1) pupils, working in small groups with lower ability and SEN children.

* Support KS1 pupils in small group interventions, focusing on lower ability and SEN needs.
* Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to individual learning plans.
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families to support holistic development
What you'll need to succeed:
* A Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
* Experience working with children in a primary school setting, particularly KS1.
* Understanding of SEN strategies and inclusive practices.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
