ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: Working under the ITO at Heathrow Airport, achieve the strategic, financial and customer satisfaction objectives for the contract. This role will help shape the sales/account strategy to achieve revenue and profit growth of the Business in line with the Heathrow Commercial Telecoms strategic plans and manage performance of the sales objectives both personally and across the team. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Support the Sales Development Plan and drive the implementation in line with overall strategic approach of the business. Protect and extend existing products and services in line with Heathrow Commercial Telecoms Business Plan. This includes both annual revenues as well as continued improvements in customer engagement processes via both the onshore and offshore account team. Be personally responsible for several large accounts, annual revenue and overall customer satisfaction and relationships. Own the monthly reporting of key performance metrics related to Commercial Telecoms sales and accounts. Extend Commercial Telecoms market share within the account base, to increase the footprint of customers across the Heathrow's set of Tenants. Manage and nurture customer relationships at all levels of Heathrow IT, Commercial Business Development and Heathrow Commercial Telecoms Clients- Drive Customer services and operations with regular reviews. Act as single point of contact for escalations from sales team members. Support account team members towards promoting value and benefit of Commercial Telecoms solutions and portfolio. Manage, coach and mentor the account team towards a stable growth and high level of customer loyalty. Contribute to the team's overall innovation agenda with constructive ideas and solutions. Support the Marketing and Product activities of the overall team. Work with our suppliers to ensure that all jobs in our pipeline are delivered on time and quality. Qualifications EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in IT Telecom or Business or equivalent. 3 years of experience in a related role delivering IT services to internal or external customers. 2 years of managing experience in a customer facing environment. 2 years of experience in Airline/Air Transport industry. Understanding of Heathrow and SITA process owners and key stakeholders Ability to listen and understand specific customer business requirements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. NICE-TO-HAVE: Experience of working in a matrix management environment, ideally multi-cultural. Experience of continuous service improvement methods. Knowledge of the aviation industry and the operation of a large international airport.
