Job Description
Equans is looking for an Account Manger to join our team in Manchester on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the service delivery including the financial, safety and quality performance elements of the contract, the AM will ensure contractual commitments are met in accordance with SLAs/KPIs and other requirements detailed within the contract documentation.
Setting high standards and ensuring all aspects of commercial and operational delivery are in line with legislative compliance, Equans governance, policies, and procedures. responsible for developing effective relationships and ensuring that pro-active communication is maintained continuously with all internal & external stakeholders
