Role: Marketing Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 + bonus.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch) – flexible start / finish times

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Shaping and executing marketing strategies to generate leads and elevate the brand.
* Collaborating with directors to target the right markets and refine our approach.
* Owning digital marketing efforts—SEO, social media, and content creation.
* Managing a Marketing Executive and working alongside a small, energetic sales team.
* Enhancing the customer journey across B2B markets.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
* Analysing what works, ditching what doesn’t, and keeping the strategy sharp.
* Oversee the production of marketing materials and collateral.
Requirements
* A generalist marketer with proven digital expertise
* Experience with Hubspot and Wordpress, or simiilar digital platforms
* A strategic mindset, with a 'hands on' approach
* Commercially focused with experience in B2B essential (B2C exposure is a 'nice to have').
* A creative thinker who can build a brand and deliver results.
* Strong understanding and experience of marketing principles
* Proven experience in marketing roles, preferable within the construction industry.
* Excellent understanding of the link between Sales and Marketing
* A team player who can work closely with leadership but loves to take the reins.
