Responsibilities:
* Provide individualised support to pupils with SEND in the classroom and through targeted group sessions.
* Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive, and accessible lessons.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, offering meaningful feedback to staff and families.
* Create a positive, supportive learning environment that fosters confidence, independence, and resilience.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience supporting children in a school or care setting.
* A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* Ability to commute to or reside in Hemel Hempstead.
