Our client, a fast-growing, purpose-driven D2C beauty and lifestyle brand, is entering a pivotal phase of international expansion and is seeking a Global Marketing Director to lead brand strategy and execution across the UK and key markets worldwide.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the development of innovative, insight-driven global marketing campaigns that differentiate the brand and foster strong community engagement
* Stay ahead of emerging marketing trends, particularly in digital transformation and AI, bringing forward-thinking ideas to maintain competitive advantage
* Define and execute market-specific go-to-market strategies across key international regions (e.g. North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia)
* Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning
* Partner cross-functionally (e.g. product, commercial, regional teams) to ensure aligned, integrated marketing execution
* Ensure campaigns are both creatively compelling and commercially effective, leveraging data and insights to optimise ROI and performance
Who You Are
* Proven experience in global marketing leadership within beauty, lifestyle, or a related consumer sector
* A creative storyteller with strong strategic and commercial acumen
* Experience across D2C and/or direct sales models
* Deep understanding of international market dynamics and localisation strategies
* Strong collaborator with the ability to influence cross-functional and multicultural teams
* Commercially minded, with a track record of delivering measurable business impact
