Role
Following expansion, they seek to recruit a customer focused and technically motivated Field Service Engineer responsible for the service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of their range of dental equipment at dental practices in the Midlands area.
Background / Qualifications
* Strong background in a customer-facing Field Service Engineer role, or ex-HM Forces Engineer with an electro-mechanical or electronic service background.
* Applications are welcome from service engineers with dental equipment experience, as well as those who have worked with autoclaves, washer-disinfectors, biomedical equipment or medical devices.
* Service engineers with general electrical-mechanical skills are encouraged to apply, as are HM Forces engineers with REME, Navy or RAF backgrounds.
* Impeccable customer service skills and the ability to remain confident and professional in customer-facing environments.
