Responsibilities
* Support apprentices at our award‑winning Hospitality Academy, providing hands‑on training in essential techniques and customer service.
* Personalise learning plans to suit each apprentice's needs, ensuring they have the tools to thrive.
* Demonstrate how essential skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving fit into the hospitality world.
* Build relationships with employers and keep them updated on their apprentices' progress.
* Manage administrative tasks and plan effectively using Google Suite and other systems.
* Spend approximately 3 days per week travelling within your area to visit apprentices; the remainder of time is worked from home.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrable experience at Hospitality Management level.
* Experience managing one or more of the following: Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, Reception & Reservations, Conference & Events, Outlet, Kitchen.
* Ideal: a professional qualification in hospitality or a related field.
* Confidence with technology and strong organisational skills.
* Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and Maths (or willingness to achieve this).
* Full driving licence and access to private vehicle for travel within the team area.
