Reliability improvement analyse asset performance, identify bad actors, and implement corrective actions to increase uptime.
Long term technical support lead/assist RCAs, advise on equipment upgrades, and drive reliability interventions.
Preventive maintenance strategy help optimise PPM plans and maintenance programs; support IP/LTE improvement initiatives.
Outage and performance support contribute to planning and post outage reviews to embed reliability learnings.
Data & systems support SAP PM/CMMS data quality for equipment, notifications and work orders; promote standard work.
Collaboration work closely with planners, technical supervisors and operations to align reliability actions with production.
