Compliance Manager – Drive Excellence, Lead Change, Ensure Quality
Are you a compliance champion ready to lead from the front? We’re looking for a forward-thinking Compliance Manager to take ownership of Quality Management Systems and ensure regulatory and customer standards are met — and exceeded.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead audits, manage key compliance processes, and inspire a team to deliver excellence across all operational areas.
? What You’ll Be Doing as Compliance Manager
1. Oversee and continuously improve the site’s Quality Management System
2. Manage internal and external audits (NADCAP, AS9100, BSI, customer-led)
3. Drive change through process controls, compliance training, and KPI management
4. Manage approvals, calibration, specification reviews, and periodic testing
5. Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals
6. Work cross-functionally to embed a culture of compliance and quality
? What You Bring as Compliance Manager
7. Proven experience in a compliance or quality management role within a regulated industry
8. In-depth knowledge of compliance standards (NADCAP, AS9100, ISO9001 etc.)
9. Strong auditing experience (Lead Auditor qualification desirable)
10. Skilled in problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys)
11. Effective communicator and team leader
12. Proficient with MS Office (experience with Q-Pulse a plus)
