As the team continues to grow, they are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant with a strong interest in this area of law.
Key responsibilities for this Conveyancing Assistant role:
Assist in the preparation of legal documentation for conveyancing transactions.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties throughout the process.
Handle post-exchange matters and prepare files through to completion.
Provide general administrative and legal support as required.
Demonstrate strong experience supporting fee earners with a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload at all stages of a transaction.
Commercial property experience is advantageous.
