Responsibilities: We will lead our cloud, infrastructure, and security strategy across the Trust. We will manage and optimise cloud and on-premises infrastructure. We will ensure our systems remain secure, stable, and scalable. We will oversee Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Defender. We will lead cyber security operations, including monitoring, incident response, and MDR platforms. We will oversee Microsoft server environments. We will manage 3rd line support operations. We will monitor SLA performance and handle escalations. We will deliver a Trust-wide infrastructure audit and network redesign. We will drive the transition to cloud-first services. We will align our technology with current educational and digital standards.
