Are you ready to be more than just a support worker?
We’re looking for enthusiastic, flexible individuals to join our team supporting young people aged 16–18, with occasionally 13-18 year old, as they transition from care into independence. You must be comfortable working with young people who may display challenging behaviour and require both direction and compassion.

You must be adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to build positive relationships with young people who have experienced trauma and instability.
