6+ Years PQE – Quantity not specified but expectations align with £DOE. Location: Cambridge. Salary: £DOE with extensive benefits and flexible working options.
We are an award-winning national law firm expanding its commercial team and seeking a Lawyer with expertise in IT and data protection matters.
Responsibilities
* Advise clients from a broad spectrum of industry sectors on complex IT and data protection matters including AI and other developing technologies, licensing agreements and data protection queries.
* Supervise less experienced colleagues, taking the lead on complex matters and playing an active role in business development.
* Maintain strong drafting and negotiation skills, acting as a relationship builder and confident leader.
* Contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages personal development and provides a clear path towards partnership.
Qualifications
* At least 6 years’ PQE in commercial contracts, specifically in IT and Data Protection matters.
* Technically excellent with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
* Experience in leading and supervising teams.
* Strong relationship-building and leadership abilities.
