We are currently working with schools across Havering who need reliable Teaching Assistants for day:to:day cover, short:term supply, and temporary school support roles.
The Role:
Daily supply Teaching Assistant work across Havering Supporting pupils with learning, behaviour, and classroom engagement Working with pupils on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis Assisting class teachers with lesson activities and resources Supporting pupils with SEN and additional needs where required Helping maintain a positive and structured classroom environment Adapting quickly to different school routines and expectations
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience working with children or young people Be reliable, punctual, and flexible Be confident going into different schools Have a positive and professional approach Be able to use initiative and follow instructions clearly Have strong communication and behaviour support skills
