German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Office-Based in Milton Keynes
Hourly Rate: £14.56 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Working Hours
* Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00, 5 days per week (including every other weekend)
* Flexibility to work until 18:00 on weekdays
* Training: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00 (first 4 weeks)
Please ensure full availability during training - no holidays during this period
Your Role
As a German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers across the globe via phone, email, and web chat. You'll play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound communications in German and English
* Supporting customers with orders, deliveries, returns, cancellations, and complaints
* Sharing information on promotions and exclusive offers
* Providing fast, friendly, and solution-focused support
What We're Looking For
* Fluency in German (spoken and written)
* Conversational English - enough to communicate confidently with colleagues and customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for customer service
* Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus - but not essential
