In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand their goals and help them unlock value through advanced technology solutions. You’ll take the lead on revenue growth, account planning, and expansion opportunities - while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver world‑class customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
* Own and manage strategic relationships within assigned enterprise accounts
* Drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
* Lead the full sales cycle from qualification through to negotiation and close
* Build detailed account plans aligned with customer goals and commercial targets
* Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
* Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Delivery, Product, and Technical teams
* Act as a trusted advisor - offering insight, guidance, and strategic thinking to customers
* Support expansion into new divisions, regions, or business units
* Identify risks early and implement strategies that protect revenue and customer satisfaction
* Build long-term partnerships grounded in trust, performance, and continuous value
About You
* 4–7 years of experience managing enterprise accounts, ideally in SaaS, AI, automation, or IT solutions
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence mid‑ to senior‑level stakeholders
* Confident managing complex customer environments and multi‑threaded relationships
* Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
* Skilled at building trust and long-term client engagement
* Proficient with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high‑growth environment
