Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Oversee all aspects of home management, from clinical excellence to financial performance. Drive occupancy and build strong community relationships. Guide and support the Senior Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager in day-to-day operations. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain the home’s “Good” rating. Play a key role in managing short-term admissions effectively. Champion best practices in dementia and complex care. What We’re Looking For: Nurse qualified (NMC registered) with proven leadership experience in elderly care. Strong understanding of dementia, complex and challenging needs. Financially astute, with experience managing budgets and staffing. Confident in managing risk and driving service improvements. Flexible, dynamic and passionate about achieving excellence in care. The Package: Salary around £65,000 (DOE). 40 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday with flexibility as needed. 6 weeks’ holiday plus bank holidays. Revalidation support and NMC fees paid.
